1、探讨心理护理对耳鼻喉部手术后疼痛程度的缓解作用齐齐哈尔市五官医院161006摘要：目的研究并探讨心理护理对耳鼻喉部手术后疼痛程度的缓解作用。方法此次研宄的对象是选择80例需要接受耳鼻喉部手术的患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并先对其统一进行一定的手术后基础护理后，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例；对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上加以心理护理。对两组患者的耳鼻喉部手术后疼痛程度进行对比分析。结果根据世界卫生组织所制定的疼痛分级标准对80例患者进行疼痛程度评价发现，观察组40例患者中，有24例患者疼痛

2、分级为0级、10例患者疼痛分级为I级、5例患者疼痛分级为11级、1例患者疼痛分级为III级，分别占总数的60.0%、25.0%、12.5%以及2.5%;对照组40例患者中，有12例患者疼痛分级为0级、15例患者疼痛分级为1级、9例患者疼痛分级为II级、4例患者疼痛分级为III级，分别占总数的30.0%、37.5%、22.5%以及10.0%;观察组患者的手术后疼痛程度明显要低于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上对于进行完耳鼻喉部手术的患者的护理应当在常规护理的基础上加以心理护理，从而有效缓解患者的
