1、探讨AMH在不同年龄阶段卵巢巧克力囊肿患者卵巢储备功能评估中的作用【摘要】目的探宄血清抗苗勒氏管激素在不同年龄阶段卵巢巧克力囊肿患者卵巢储备功能评估中的效果，为临床提供指导。方法40例腹腔镜手术的卵巢巧克力囊肿患者为实验组，同期20例不孕患者作为不孕组，对两组不孕患者均实施AMH检测，并结合卵巢巧克力囊肿患者的年龄对其分为＜25岁5例、25〜30岁10例、31〜35岁14例、36〜39岁11例，研宄对比不同年龄阶段卵巢巧克力囊肿患者的AMH水平、窦卵泡数及性激素水平。结果实验组患者的AMH水平为ng/ml，显著低于不孕组患者

2、的ng/ml，差异具有统计学意义。且随着卵巢巧克力囊肿患者年龄增大，其血清AMH水平、窦卵泡数、黄体生成素、孕酮、睾酮水平呈现逐渐下降的趋势，但卵泡刺激素、催乳素、雌二醇水平呈现逐渐升高的趋势。结论AMH、窦卵泡数及性激素水平在不同年龄阶段卵巢巧克力囊肿患者卵巢储备功能评估中具有较显著的效果，可为临床医师评估卵巢储备功能提供依据。【关键词】血清抗苗勒氏管激素；卵巢巧克力囊肿;卵巢储备功能；不同年龄；效果DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.ll-5547/r.2017.17.007Investigationofeffect
