1、气管插管机械通气期间的呼吸道管理龚亚军岳阳市岳化医院内三科湖南岳阳414014【摘要】目的:分析气管插管机械通气期间的呼吸道管理效果。方法:选取86例气管插管机械通气患者作为研究对象,随机进行分组;对照组43例,采取常规呼吸道管理;观察组43例,在对照组的基础上,结合患者实际,进一步加强呼吸道管理,防止误吸,做好口腔护理,严格执行消毒隔离原则;对比两组患者的觉醒时间、机械通气时间、镇静满意度、人机顺应满意度,根据呼吸机相关性肺炎、非计划性拔管、误吸发生情况,综合评价患者的呼吸道管理效果。结果:观察组
2、觉醒时间、机械通气时间均短于对照组,镇静满意度、人机顺应满意度均高于对照组,经T检验或χ2检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率、非计划性拔管发生率、误吸发生率均显著小于对照组,经χ2检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化加强呼吸道管理可明显减少气管插管机械通气期间的并发症发生,改善患者的预后,值得临床推广使用。【关键词】气管插管:机械通气;呼吸道管理Airwaymanagementduringmechanicalventilation
