1、复方环丙孕酮与胰岛素增敏剂治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究金士杰李存肖谭志云陶秀坤【摘要】目的探讨复方环丙孕酮与胰岛素增敏剂治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床治疗效果。选择90例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对彖，将其随机分为对照组与观察组，每组45例。其屮对照组患者接受复方环丙孕酮治疗，观察组患者接受复方患病孕酮+盐酸二甲双弧治疗，共治疗3个月经周期。比较两组患者用药前后糖代谢指标、内分泌指标以及促排卵结局变化情况。结果对照组患者糖代谢各项指标治疗前后比较无显著性差异（P>0.05）,观察组患者治疗前后相比差异显著（PV0.05）；两组患者治疗后T指标与治疗前相
2、比明显降低（P<0.05）,而FSH、LH和PRL等其他内分泌指标治疗前后比较无显著性差异（P>0.05）；治疗后观察组患者周期取消率和卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）发生率显著低于对照组患者（P<0.05）,妊娠率显著高于对照组患者（PV0.05）。结论复方环丙孕酮联合膜岛素增皱剂治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果显著，可以有效恢复患者代谢和内分泌平衡，促进排卵，提高妊娠率，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】多囊卵巢综合征；复方环丙孕酮；胰岛素增敏剂[Abstract]Objectivetostudythecompoundcyproteronewithinsuli
