1、2018-03-2001:26:12中国现代医生2018年1期叶嘉恩林莲琴山熒李秀丽［摘要］目的了解缓解期双相情感性精神障碍患者的认知特征及社会功能。方法木文通过功能大体评定量表（GAF）评分对30名缓解期双相情感障碍患者（双相障碍组）和28名健康者（对照组）及我院接诊单纯性抑郁症患者26例（抑郁症组），进行社会功能评估，并分别对三组进行记忆、学习、注意及执行功能的神经心理学评定。结果抑郁症组DAS总分髙于对照组，差异有统计学惫义（P<0.05）；双相障碍组与对照组比较，其DAS总分也高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论处于双相情感障碍缓解期的患者，在不同程度上会呈现社

7、.[Keywords]Bipolaraffectivedisorder；Remissionperiod；Cognition；Socialfunction雙相悄感障碍是一种较为严重的精神疾病，约3/4的患者有终生复发风险。由于其高致残率及高自杀率，使得双相情感障碍成为人类高负担的疾病。临床上双相情感障碍患者发病期存在不同程度的社会功能损害；而缓解期患者其社会功能一定程度低于病前水平。国内的研究显示情感障碍患者的认知功能及心理社会功能有一定程度的损害［2,3］
