1、复方芍红颗粒的薄层鉴别研究陈金凤1,2马文娜1常文1滕亮2(通讯作者)(1新疆医科大学药学院新疆乌鲁木齐830011)(2新疆医科大学第一附属医院药学部新疆乌鲁木齐830011)【摘要】目的建立复方芍红颗粒中四种药材的TLC鉴别法。方法鉴别白芍的TLC条件为:以三氯甲烷:乙酸乙酯:甲醇:甲酸"0:1.25:3:0.1为展开剂,喷5%香草醛硫酸溶液;鉴别红花的TLC条件为:以乙酸乙酯:甲酸:水:甲醇二7:2:3:0.4为展开剂;鉴别川茸的TLC条件为:以正己烷:乙酸乙酯二5:1为展开剂,在紫外365nm下观察;鉴别蔷薇红景天的TLC条件为:三氯甲烷•甲醇■丙酮■水(6

7、rthamustinctoriousLigusticumwallichiiRhodiolaroseaL.thin-layerchromatography复方芍红颗粒为白芍、红花、蔷薇红景天、川苛等药材组成的中药复方制剂,具有清热凉血、散瘀止痛之功效。课题组前期已经完成了复方芍红颗粒剂的制备工艺研究,药理学试验表明该制剂具有良好的抗冠心病功效。鉴别项是质量标准研究的重要内容之一。薄层色谱鉴别具有适应面广、信息量大、效率高、设备简单、快速灵敏、吸附剂与显色剂选择性大等优点,同时文献调研表明方中药材均具有采用TLC进行鉴别的可能性。因此本研究中主要尝试采用TLC法对复
