1、子宫螺旋动脉血流参数联合血清孕酮、B-HCG检测预测早期先兆流产的临床研究文细娇陈燕桢陈燕君(潮州市湘桥区妇幼保健院广东潮州521000)【摘要】口的:探讨子宫螺旋动脉血流参数联合血清孕酮、β-HCG检测预测早期先兆流产的临床研究价值。方法:选取我院2011年至2013年就诊的具有先兆流产临床症状的120例患者,根据临床症状及妊娠结局分为先兆流产组93例,停经时间5〜8周;难免流产组27例,停经时间6~8周。另选取120例正常妊娠妇女做对照组,停经时间5〜8周,分别比较三组患者子宫螺旋动脉血流参数、血清孕酮、β-H
2、CG及联合检测结果。结果:先兆流产组子宫螺旋动脉Rl、PI值较对照组升高,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);难免流产组较先兆流产组RI值更高,差异明显,具有统计学意义(PV0.05)。正常组及先兆流产组血清孕酮、β-HCG值均显著高于难免流产组(PV0.05),具有统计学意义;子宫螺旋动脉RI联合孕酮、β-HCG检测特异性及准确性较其他单独检测指标升高,差异明显,具有统计学意义(PV0.05)。结论:联合子宫螺旋动脉血流参数、血清孕酮及β-HCG检测可提高早期先兆流产的检出率,且能在一定程度上反映
