1、针刀结合痛点阻滞治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察孙长乐阜阳市人民医院疼痛科安徽阜阳236000【摘要】目的：观察针刀结合痛点阻滞治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：72例患者按就诊先后顺序完全随机分为对照组(236例)，治疗组(236例)，对照组患者予颈椎牵引+中频理疗，治疗组患者均在知情同意的情况下，采用针刀结合利多卡因、地塞米松痛点注射治疗，在术前及术后1月随访进行VAS评定，根据《中医病症诊断疗效标准》评判治疗效果。结果：72例患者均得到有效随访，其中治疗组总有效率94.4%,对照组总有效率75.0%。结论：针刀结合痛点

7、effectissignificant.[Keywords]cervicalspondylosis;accupotumy;painpointsblock颈椎病是临床常见病、多发病，我国颈椎病患病率为3.8%-17.5%[1],神经根型颈椎病作为颈椎病中所占患病比例最大的类型（约占60%）,其发病率呈升高的趋势，目前临床治疗方法众多，笔者自2010年5月至2014年2月应用针刀结合痛点注射治疗神经根型颈椎病取得一定疗效，现介绍如下。1临床资料1.1-般资料72例患者，其中男39例,女33例；颈痛伴左侧肩臂疼痛28例,伴右侧
