1、炎琥宁与利巴韦林治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的效果对比［摘要］日的对比分析炎琥宁与利巴韦林治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月〜2014年1月本院收治的203例小儿急性上呼吸道感染患儿，随机分为研究组（102例）和对照组（101例）。研究组在常规对症支持治疗的基础上给予炎琥宁治疗，对照组在常规对症支持治疗的基础上给•了利巴韦林治疗。分析比较两组患儿临床症状体征消失时间及治疗效果，并观察治疗期间的不良反应。结果研究组的症状体征消失时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组的治疗总有效率为94.12%,对照组的治疗总有效率
