1、醒脑开窍针刺及康复训练治疗脑卒中后假性球麻痹吞咽障碍疗效观察阴晓健林小娟陕西铜川市人民医院陕西铜川727000【摘要】FI的：观察药物、醒脑开窍针刺及康复训练治疗脑卒屮后假性球麻痹吞咽障碍的疗效。方法：将60例均为我院住院脑卒屮后假性球麻痹的吞咽困难患者，符合确定的诊断标准，随机分为观察组和对照组，两组均神经内科规范治疗和护理等常规对症处置；均应用药物和醒脑开窍针刺，观察组在对照组基础上配合康复训练进行治疗，10天为1疗程，治疗3疗程后按照疗效确定临床结果。结果：治愈10例，占34%；显效：10例，占34%；有效8例，占27%；无效2例，占6.7%；总有效率93.33%：两组比较，总有
