1、新时代:中国特色社会主义新历史方位的科学判断李雅兴湘潭大学毛泽东思想研究中心马克思主义学院摘要：党的十九大报告明确指出了屮国特色社会主义进入新时代，这是以习近平为核心的党中央以历史唯物主义和辩证唯物主义为指导，准确把握国内外形势发生的深刻复杂变化而做出的科学判断。改革开放近四十年，尤其是十八大以来我国所取得与发牛的历史性成就与变革，为坚持和发展中国特色社会主义奠定了坚实基础，是进入新吋代的历史起点;我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展Z间的矛盾，这一关系全局的历史性变化是我国进入新时代的主要依据；习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的形成，实现了党的指导思想上的
