2、者利益失衡状态的调整，是解决金融消费者权利保护困境的有效路径。本文将金融消费者权利的保护作为论证的核心，通过对金融商品、金融消费者概念的界定，阐述了金融消费者权利保护在于对金融市场参与者的不平衡地位进行法律上的缓解与调整。在此前提下，金融消费者应享有以知情权为核心，以求偿权为保障的权利群，并以金融服务者的义务履行为实现的基础。在分析比较各国关于金融消费者权利保护法律制度的利弊后，提出我国金融消费者权利保护的路径选择应该是结合我国实际，在混业经营的金融市场实践中整合现有法律，构建中国的金融服务法。关键词：金融消费者消费者权利保护Financialconsumerrightslaw
