1、患酎的iSffl效果2018-03-2001:26:12中国现代医生2018年1期张礼娟武婷姚丽娟［摘要］日的探討情志护理结合穴位按摩在颈椎病后抑郁患者中的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月〜2017年3月在我院诊断治疗的颈椎病后抑郁患者120例为研究对象，患者随机分为对•照组、情志护理组及联合组，每组40例。对照组给予常规护理，悄志护理组在常规护理基础上给予悄志护理，联合组在常规护理及情志护理基础上给予穴位按靡。比较三组干预前后HAMD评分以及CASCS评分。结果情志护理组与联合组干预后CASCS总分以及各维度得分显著高于对照组，差井有统计学意义(P<0.05)；联合组干预后CAS
