1、392例人工流产手术病人的心理分析及护理对策兰秀芳张丽萍杨利坪（四川省成都市郫县人民医院四川成都611730）【摘要】目的探讨人工流产术病人术前的心理状态分析及护理对策。方法对某二甲综合性医院392例人流病人术前的心理调查和分析。结果人流病人心理变化最大的问题是:紧张情绪246例（62.76%）,其次恐惧心理217例（55.36%）;病人担心出现的问题类型：怕手术后遗症238例（60.72%）、手术意外208例（53.06%）、疼痛131例（33.42%）；病人的年龄段：20-30岁（71.94%）、20岁以下63例（16.07%）、30岁以上43例（10
