2、制伞企业的成本控制与管理理念，适应现代企业的环境，己经成为我国制伞企业急需解决的问题。成本管理是提高企业竞争力的关键，如何将作业成本法广泛地应用于制伞企业，这是本文研宄的目的和意义所在。本文主耍以我国制伞企业成本管理所面临的环境为背景，在借鉴国内外对成本管理的研宄上，尤其是在对作业成本管理的基本理论、方法的分析上，结合我国制伞企业的特点，提出了适合我国制伞企业的成本管理模式一作业成本管理模式。从根本上解决了传统成本法的缺陷，为企业的成本控制提供了良好的基础，使企业在市场竞争中更具优势，立于不败之地。关键词：作业成本法；制伞企
