1、浅析针灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征施治规律黑龙江省中医药科学院150036摘要：目的研究分析针灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征施治规律。方法通过对近几年国内外的大量采用针灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床文献进行搜索。采用Epidata3.1建立数据库，Excel分类整理相关数据，分析相关数据探讨该病的针灸治疗方法、选穴处方、操作方法、疗程及疗效。结果在采用针灸法治疗慢性疲劳综合征时，主要采取辨病取穴并集合辩证配穴或辩兼配穴进行治疗，选取任督二脉、足太阳膀胱经、部分经外奇穴及口条经脉月俞穴，其中所用频率较多的穴位有太冲、心俞、气海、百会、关元、肾俞、脾俞、三阴交、肝俞、足三里。治疗时主
2、要采用2种以上的针灸方法进行配合治疗，其中毫针治疗法使用最广泛，共有204篇(44.9%),一般1〜7天为患者施针1次，共施针7〜50次，平均施针(23±12)次。结论可采用电针、拔罐、毫针刺、灸法等针灸法治疗慢性疲劳综合征，但在临床治疗中医疗人员一般结合2种以上的针灸方法进行配合治疗；一般以任督二脉及足太阳膀胱经穴位为主，而高频穴一般选太冲、心俞、气海、百会、关元、肾俞、脾俞、三阴交、肝俞、足三里，在治疗过程中，其疗程相对较长的疗效较好。关键词：针灸治疗术；慢性疲劳综合征；施治规律[Abstract]ObjectiveTostudythean
