1、全程护理干预对高龄初产妇负性情绪以及分娩方式的影响陈玉华［摘要］目的研究全程护理干预对高龄初产妇负性情绪以及分娩方式的影响，提高高龄初产妇的分娩成功率。方法调查研究我院2013年10月到2015年10月妇产科初产妇，选择高龄初产妇128例进行研究。将128例高龄初产妇随机平均分为实验组和对照组，对照组均采用常规护理方法，宣讲经阴道分娩的优点和常识。实验组进行基木护理、运动护理、心理疏导护理、幵展健康教育和饮食护理等全程护理。分析对比两组产妇产前产后焦虑和忧郁程度和分娩方式。结果实验组产妇产前产后焦虑和忧郁程度均低于对照组，实验组产妇的剖
2、宫产率39%低于对照组的剖宫产率54.7%，而阴道生产率61%高于对照组的阴道生产率45.3%。结论经全程护理干预后，高龄初产妇的妊高反应和胎儿异常的发生率大幅度下降，高龄初产妇剖宫产率也随之下降，降低了不良情绪的产生率，从而促进了高龄初产妇的顺产率和缩短了手术时间，降低了分娩不良反应和并发症的发生率。［关键词］全程护理干预高龄初产妇负性情绪分娩方式D0l:10.3760/cma.j.issn.0376-2491.2016.28.38作者单位：621000,四川绵阳，四川绵阳四0四医院，川北医学院附属第二医院Theeffectofwho
