2、同纳米银颗粒浓度的聚多巴胺修饰钛。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、细胞粘附、细胞毒性及杀菌率等对载不同纳米银颗粒浓度的聚多巴胺修饰钛进行体外生物相容性及抗菌性能进行检测。研究结果表明,通过调整纳米银沉积反应时间,可调节材料表面银离子释放量,可得到既有良好细胞相容性,又有较强抗菌能力的聚多巴胺/纳米银修饰钛表面材料。【关键词】钛;聚多巴胺;纳米银颗粒;抗菌性能;细胞相容性;反应时间【屮图分类号1TB331【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1764-8999(2015)7-0527-02TheStudyonReactionTime
