1、子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产后出血的临床研究郭晓艳四川省内江市威远县人民医院妇产科642450【摘要】目的:探讨子宫背带式缝合术在治疗剖宫产产后出血中的临床研究。方法:选用我院妇产科住院患者,60例病例进行研究,其中,观察组患者采用子宫背带式缝合术,对照组患者采用传统手术缝合方法,通过治疗,对比两组患者手术的时间,手术术后产后出血量,以及产后岀现产褥病率进行对比,通过以上对比,来得出子宫背带式缝合术和传统风忽然术的治疗效果。结果:通过对比,得岀观察组患者在手术时间、术后出血量以及产后发生产褥病的几率优于对照组,两组相比较具有
2、差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时,观察组并未出现并发症,并且患者在产后42天进行检查,得幽子宫复旧、月经复潮时间无异常。结论:子宫背带式缝合术较传统手术缝合方法操作简单,可以有效的进行止血,避免了患者术后的大出血以及减少输血的几率,在临床上降低了患者术后感染的几率以及出现大失血而导致的休克。所有患者在术后均可以保留牛育功能,可以得出,背带式缝合术是治疗剖宫产产后出血行之有效的外科止血方法。【关键词】剖宫产;产后出血;背带式缝合【中图分类号】R2【文献标号】A【文章编号】2095-7165(2015)12-00
