2、ntroloftrafficlightsonthetrafficstreamsatintersectionandthebuildingofBusRapidTransportationSystemarefocused.Thetwomathematicalmodelsarebuiltandsomemathematicalexpressionsareconcluded.Thevariationofthetimeoftrafficlightiscloselyinterrelatedtothelengthoftrafficstreams.Basedonthisfact,themathemati

3、calexpressionsarefollowedinpropersequence.Moreandmoreactualfactorsareconsideredintotheinitialexpressionandtheperfectandoperablemathematicalmodelisbuiltgradually.Forinstance，themodelisbuiltfromtheuni-directionaltrafficstreamtothepolydirectionaltrafficstreamsatanintersection.Moreover，thedataiscol

4、lectedbyfieldobservationandsitemeasurementsothatacademicmathematicalexpressionscanbeusedintorealexamplestotestthemaneuverabilityofthemodel.Sincethemathematicalmodelsofthesametopicbeforewasallfocusedonexistenceplans，theneworderoftrafficstreamsbasedonpublictrafficpriorityisdesignedbyanalyzingallt

5、heplansofBRTsystem.Theparametersinthenewly-designedplanisfocusedtoberestricted,derivedintomathematicalexpressionsandaccordingtotheparameters，somepracticaldataiscollectedandanalyzed.ThefinalsolutionofBRTsystemthuscanbeshowninanall-waveway.Byintegratingthetwobasicmathematicalmodelsaccurately，such

6、asaddingtheplanofpublictrafficpriorityintotheorderoftrafficstreamflowingatintersectionsorusingtheexpressionsinthetrafficlightmodeltoworkouttheproblemofsettingBRTsystem.Finally,themathematicalconclusionisconvertedintocorrespondingcountermeasuresoftheurbantrafficcongestionandthedevelopmentofthemo
