1、不同病理阶段肺腺癌性磨玻璃结节PET/CT表现差异分析董科舒锦尔王利霞楼菁菁温广华浙江大学金华医院摘要:目的:探讨不同病理阶段肺腺癌性磨玻璃结节(GGN)的18F-FDGPET/CT影像学特征。方法:依据病理将68例病灶分为浸润前病变(不典型腺瘤样增生(AAH)和原位腺癌(A1S))、微浸润腺癌(M1A)和浸润性腺癌(1AC)3组,回顾性分析各组GGN的实性成分比例、形态学、大小和SUVmax值,并对数据的差异分别进行统计分析。结果:从浸润前病变、MTA至TAC,GGN实性成分比例、分叶毛刺征比率、大小、SUVmax逐渐增高。浸润前病变组与MIA组是否纯磨玻璃结节及大小的差异有统计学意义
