3、大城市51所高校的10056名研允生首次进行大规模调査。结果发现：（1）我国当代研宂生情绪智力水平尚可，表达自己情绪的能力不足。（2）研宂生理解他人情绪的能力低于本专科生，博士生理解他人情绪的能力要低于硕士生。（3）对情绪智力中理解他人情绪能力影响最大的因素主要有：教养方式、家庭氛围和学校校风；对情绪智力中表达自己情绪能力影响最大的因素主要是舆论关注；对情绪智力中调控自己/他人情绪能力影响最大的因素主要是上网目的。Emotionalintelligencereferstoanintelligencewhichperformsemotion.
