3、tiontrainingandpsychotherapy).MentalhealthstatuswasevaluatedwiththeSymptomChecklist(SCL90)introducedandrevisedbyWenYuanWu,andpersonalitycharacteristicswereevaluatedwiththeEysenckPersonalityQuestionnaire(EPQ)revisedbyYaoXianGong.Theefficacyofphysiotherapyandrehabilitationtrai

4、ningwasevaluatedwithactivityofdailyliving(ADL)scale(Barthelindex).Theevaluationswereconductedatthebeginningofthestudyand3monthslater.TheresultswereanalyzedwithSPSS12.0software.RESULTS:TherewerenosignificantdifferencesinthescoresofSCL90betweenthe2groupsbeforetreatment.Aftertr

5、eatment,scoresinthetherapygroupdecreasedsignificantlyascomparedwiththoseinthecontrolgroup(P0.05).Personalitycharacteristicsofcervicalspondylosispatientswereemotionalinstability,tendencyofnervousness.Personalitycharacteristicsinthetherapygroupweremorestable，thescoresofNdimens

6、ionandPdimensionweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P0.05).Barthelindexinthetherapygroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P0.05).CONCLUSION:Thepsychologyofthecervicalspondylosispatientsinfluencesdirectlythetherapeuticefficacyofphysiotherapyandrehab
