4、acyofphysiotherapyandrehabilitationtrainingwasevaluatedwithactivityofdailyliving(ADL)scale(Barthelindex).Theevaluationswereconductedatthebeginningofthestudyandmonthslater.Theresultswereanalyzedwithsoftware.RESULTS:Therewerenosignificantdifferencesinthescore

8、重的不良情绪和心理反应，国外研究与国内研究的结果具有较高的一致性的研究发现躯体疾病患者中有焦虑症和抑郁症的患病率为5%~40%［1-3］.本文通过分析颈椎病理疗康复患者心理状况，了解颈椎病患者心理特征，探讨心理干预介入对颈椎病患者理疗康复疗效的影响，为颈椎病康复治疗采取相应心理干预措施提供科学依据.　　1对象和方法对象XX02/XX12在第四军医大学西京医院康复理疗科治疗的颈椎病患者60例，男39例
