1、芪仙安肠方治疗溃疡性结肠炎36例临床观姓名，2014年6月25日芪仙安肠方治疗溃疡性结肠炎36例临床观作者：田军彪刘建平单兆伟赵红伟康薇【摘要】H的观察芪仙安肠方治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将54例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组，治疗组36例予芪仙安肠方，日1剂，水煎400mL分2次口服；对照组18例予柳氮磺毗啶肠溶片，每次lg,每日3次口服。2组均1个月为1个疗程，2个疗程后统计疗效。观察2组治疗前后免疫球蛋白(Ig)A,IgG、IgM的变化以及治疗前肜临床症状、体征的改善情况。结果治疗组总冇效率91.67%,对照组总冇效率77.77%,2组比较差异冇统计

2、学意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后临床症状、体征改善情况比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组；治疗组治疗后IgA较治疗前姑著下降，与治疗前比较差异冇统计学意义(P<0.01)，与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；2组治疗£；•IgG均卜*降，与治疗前比较差异均宥统计学意义(P<0.05，P<0.01),治疗组下降更为明显(P<0.01)。结论芪仙安肠方治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切。【关键词】结肠炎溃疡性中药疗法免疫球蛋白A免疫球蛋白G免疫球蛋白MClinicalobservationonthetherapeuticeffecto
