1、保温措施对开胸患者手术过程中体温的影响聂娟罗霞岳联勤(四川省达州市中心医院手术室四川达州635000)【中图分类号】R655【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085(2012)14-0099-02【摘要】目的观察保温措施对开胸患者手术过程中体温的影响。方法将86例开胸手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规术中护理，观察组给予加温输入液体和血液、温盐水冲洗胸腔等保温措施；手术中持速监测病人体温变化，分别记录病人入手术间时、手术开始、手术开始30min、60min、120min、180min、手术结束的体温。结果两组病人在入手术间和手术开始时比较无差异(p
