2、意，美国经济有什么问题？跟我们中W问题是类似的。那就是美国的GDP当中人概侖70-80%是消费。那么，金融海啸对它什么冲击呢？那就是它消费爆破。因为美国人消费和我们不一样。我们都刷银联卞，就是有多少钱花多少钱。美国人不是的。美国人刷信川卡。那足两码事。可以把明天的钱拿来今天花。这种借钱来的超前消赀统统都被理解成为泡沫消费。所以美闺有70-80%的GDP是泡沫消赀。好了。金融海啸就让美国的泡沫消费从此爆破。所以去年年底2008年底，美国人的储蓄率还接近0%。到了今年年中之后，2009年年中之盾，美国的储蓄高达7%。也就是说，消赀相对应K跌这么多
