2、时间、住院时间、术后切口感染、阴囊积液、尿潴留、切口血清肿、腹股沟疝S发等并发症比较无显著差异(P>0.05)o腹股沟区忪性疼痛及兄物感A、B组高于C组(P<0.05)。双侧疝手术时间A、B组髙于C组(P<0.05)，A、巳组之间比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论Lichtenstein术式、Rutkow术式与开放式TEP术式三种无张力疝修补术均是治疗腹股沟疝安全有效的手术方法，应针对不同的病人及个体医师的手术经验选择更合理的个体化腹股沟疝手术方式。［关键词］fly股沟疝；Lichtenstein术式；Rut
