1、哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文摘要企业发展需要战略管理，一个企业没有好的发展战略，就如同没有发展方向，这样的企业没有长久的生命力。大庆天鸿科技有限公司成立于1998年，是一家以经营电伴热产品为主的企业。随着企业规模的不断扩大、市场竞争激烈程度的加剧，公司面临许多的困难和挑战。在企业发展过程中，如何应对企业外部环境的影响及解决企业自身的不足，使企业能够在激烈的市场竞争中不断巩固和强化竞争地位，实现持续健康地发展，完善和实施企业的发展战略至关重要。本文在对宏观经济环境、行业竞争环境及企业资源环境分析的基础上，对公司未来几年的发展战略进行研究。本文首先阐述了进行战略研究对于企

2、业发展的重要性，对国内外企业发展战略的研究现状及相关理论进行论述；其次，通过全面、大量、深入地调查，分析了大庆天鸿科技有限公司所处的内、外部环境，运用SWOT分析方法，评估了公司在发展中存在的优势和劣势，市场竞争中的机会和威胁；再次，基于企业战略管理理论、市场营销理论，提出适合公司未来发展的发展战略及相应的具体措施。最后，对所提出的发展战略实施评价和控制。希望通过本文的研究，对天鸿科技有限公司的发展战略研究及制定提供参考。关键词发展战略；市场营销；战略实施-I-哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文AbstractThedevelopmentofenterpriseneedss
