1、华北科技学院毕业设计(论文)摘要本设计包括两个部分:一般部分和专题部分。一般部分为新集一矿1.2Mt/a新井设计,全篇共分为十个部分:矿井概括及井田地质特征、井田境界及储量、矿井工作制度和设计生产能力、井田开拓、采区巷道布置、采煤方法、井下运输、矿井提升、矿井通风与安全和矿井主要经济技术指标。新集一矿井田,位于新集一矿位于凤台县城西约17公里处。井田内的可采煤层,13煤、11煤,其中主采13煤,该煤层赋存稳定,平均厚度2.6米。倾角平均为12°,为缓斜厚煤层。井田内工业储量1.358×108吨,
2、可采储量0.993×108吨。矿井最大涌水量为1170m3/h,相对瓦斯涌出量4.07m3/t×d,属于瓦斯矿井,煤层有煤尘爆炸危险性和自然发火现象。新集一矿年设计生产能力120万t/a,服务年限59年。采用立井双水平,主副暗斜井延伸开拓,第一水平标高-550m,第二水平标高-800。矿井采用走向长壁式综合机械化采煤法。矿井布置一个综采工作面保证全矿井的产量,长度220m,煤的运输采用皮带运输。矿井的通风方式采用两翼对角式通风。专题部分为厚煤层综放开采提高回采率技术研究关键词:走向长壁;综采;两
