1、认知行为干预对减轻放射性皮炎效果观察［摘要］目的探讨教育和认知行为干预对减轻放射性皮炎的临床效果。方法选择104例乳腺癌改良根治术后接受放射治疗的患者，随机分为实验组和对照组各52例。实验组52例患者实施教育干预和认知行为的干预，入院后对患者实施全程系统性健康宣教，并自放疗第1天起到放疗结束整个过程跟踪教育干预及行为干预效果；对照组52例患者只给予放疗常规护理和相应的健康指导。结果实验组患者接受并掌握了放射治疗的相关知识及行为干预方式，提高了患者治疗的依从性，减轻了放射性皮肤损伤程度，降低了放射性
