1、延续性护理在高血压脑出血术后患者中的应用［摘要］目的探令延续性护理在高血压脑出血术后患者中的应用。方法选择2014年1月〜2016年1月我院收治的确诊为高血压脑出血患者90例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各45例。两组患者住院期间进行相同的治疗方法，观察组在出院后采用延续性护理进行干预，对照组则不给予护理干预，随访1年，比较两组患者的健康行为情况、血压情况、生活能力、再出血情况。结果观察组健康行为各指标得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。护理前，两组患者血压水平、MB1得分比较，差异均无统计学意义，护理后，观察组患者血压水平低于对照组，MB
