1、电子科技大学硕士学位论文摘要网络诚信建设研究社会发展是实现人的全面发展，本质上是人的发展。社会诚信是人的全面发展的道德要求。网络社会的出现和形成为人类提供了一个新的广阔的生活交往空间，是人类文明进步发展的表现。与现实的社会最根本的不同，在于作为人类生存的第二空间的网络社会具有虚拟的性质。在网络社会里，人的交往活动比现实社会更加虚拟化，更不具有责任性。同为人类生存、生活的空间，在网络社会里我们的行为活动也一样需要各种法律和道德的规范来约束，要对自己的行为负责，这样才可以创造一个对人类自身更好的，
2、可持续发展的生存环境。在虚拟的网络社会里建设诚信，相比较现实社会来说更具有挑战性。网络诚信建设是一个系统的工程，需要社会各个方面的参与和支持，从制度、管理、法律、教育、道德和技术等多个环节建设，才能建立起一套符合社会发展需要，各个方面都比较满意的网络诚信道德体系。网络思想政治工作要以网络技术日新月异地发展为契机，与时俱进，不断创新，加强以诚信教育为核心的道德渗透，辅之于其他手段，结合网络的实际进行，只有这样才能达到更为令人满意的工作效果，才能更加发挥其优势作用。关键词：网络诚信,建设,虚拟,
