2、酸西替利嗪片10mg,每日一次。两组均局部外用丹皮酚软膏,每日两次。每周记录两组患者自觉症状及皮损的变化情况,于治疗4周后评价疗效。结果:治疗组31例完成试验,痊愈8例(25.8%),显效17例(54.8%),有效5例(16.1%),无效1例(3.2%),总有效率96.8%;对照组31例完成试验,痊愈2例(6.4%),显效9例(29.0%),有效15例(48.4%),无效5例(16.1%),总有效率83.9%。经Mann-Whitney秩和检验,Z=﹣3.601,P=0.000,P<0.05,两组疗
