1、中药生大黄对重症急性胰腺炎的治疗作用黄晓玲陈德容朱礼星佘德宇支明俊（东莞市长安医院523843）【摘要】目的评价大黄辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果。方法分析我院收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者76例，据用药情况分为对照组（35例｝、大黄治疗组（41例）。对照组采用丙医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用大黄灌胃治疗。分析两组患者肛门排气时间、腹痛消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、血淀粉酶恢复时间、住院费用及住院时间比较，同时比较二者住院后第1、4、7天CRP恢复情况及APACHEII评分。结果与对照组比较，大黄
2、治疗组在肛门排气时间、腹痛消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、尿淀粉酶转阴时间均明显缩短（均P<0.05）。住院费用及住院时间方面，大黄治疗组也有明显优势（均P<0.05）。与对照组比较，大黄治疗组可降低患者APACHEII评分，其中在第7天有统计学意义，大黄治疗组CRP下降也比对照组快，其中第四天及第七天两组之间比较均有统计学意义。结论中药大黄辅助治疗SAP能明显提高疗效、减少住院费用及时间，值得临床推广。【关键词】生大黄重症急性胰腺炎临床疗效【中图分类号】R243【文献标识码】B【文章编号】
