1、摘要随着中国社会经济水平的不断提升，人均收入的持续提高，居民财富的增加对投资理财产品提出了更高要求，银行存款等传统理财已不能满足居民的需求。在国家建立多层次资本市场的政策导向下，我国的资产管理行业得到快速发展。资产管理行业包含银行理财、信托、证券公司、保险资产管理机构、基金子公司等。截至2015年2季度末，信托业管理资产总规模高达15.87万亿元，在金融各行业中，仅排在银行业之后，居于第二位。如何应对愈发复杂的经营环境，进行良好的风险管理，是目前我国信托业发展面临的重大问题。因此，本文主要目的是通过分析

2、信托行业快速发展的原因及经营特征，得出未来信托业经营发展的趋势，并给出相应的风险管理建议。本文第二章介绍了我国信托业的发展历史、信托的基本功能及特点，并深入剖析了我国信托业发展的原因。第三章首先通过定性分析和比较分析的方法剖析了我国信托业在泛资管时代下的经营环境及发展趋势，给出了未来发展方向的建议；其次通过定量分析与实证分析相结合、比较静态与动态分析相结合的方法得出了我国信托业的七个经营特征；最后结合经济学中的产业周期理论，通过笔者的定性分析和定量分析的结论，得出了我国信托业处于产业周期中的成长期往成熟

3、期的过渡阶段。第四章笔者结合第三章的经营环境和经营特征，分析出我国信托业目前面临的主要风险，并结合信托不同投向进行了分类分析，最后从外生风险和内部风险两个角度，给出了风险管理的建议。通过本文的分析，一方面可以针对我国信托业目前的经营特征，对信托业的未来发展方向提供指引；另一方面，也为监管层规范对信托业的监管及信托公司风控体系的完善提供了参考模式。在微观层面上，有助于信托公司确立战略转型方向；在宏观层面上，可以弥补我国信托业风险管理分析的不足，为促进我国信托业的健康发展提供理论支持和实践指引。关键词：信托
