3、rgenumberofmonopoliesinallsectorsoftheindustrychain,thispaperrevealedthereasonsfortheinsufficiencyofanti-monopolyfunction."People'sRepublicofChinaAnti-MonopolyLaw"waspromulgatedasanopportunityforelectricpowerindustryregulationtoseekclosecollaborationwithan
4、ti-monopolylawenforcement.Thispaperadvocatestostrengthenanti-monopolyfunctions,andtoreformtheexistingregulatorysystem.Inthispaper,thereareatotalofabout30,000characters.Inadditiontointroductionandconclusion,itisdividedintofourparts:PartI:todiscusstheneedtor
