1、建筑业人工价格调整机制研究摘要人工成本是在劳动力市场上竞争能力的综合体现，是企业取得市场竞争优势的最活跃因素。人工价格的定位又是人工成本控制的要点。过去市场中都以廉价劳动力为主要竞争优势，而现在人工价格水平随着经济的发展和社会福利保障制度的完善而上升，这种优势正在逐渐丧失。但问题的核心是，企业普遍认为由于市场人工单价上涨过快，导致因人工单价超支，挤占了工程预算中定额确定的其他费用。这种价格差异带来了一系列不良影响。因此，为维护建筑业劳动力的合法利益，需要对人工价格合理而科学的进行调整，以满足市场经济发展的
2、需求。本文首先对建筑业的人工价格现状及其发展趋势的进行分析，再以现有人工价格调整方法的研究为基础，对人工价格调整时所产生影响的因素进行分析研究。由此，从个人的观点提出了两点人工价格调整时需要多加考虑的内容。由于现有的调整方式中考虑的因素不全面而导致劳动力的合法利益无法实际体现在定额人工单价中。为此本文根据分析得出的因素，建立了调整机制模型，将人工价格调整更加合理化且切合实际。最后对市场人工价格和定额人工价格简单提出几点建议。本文通过对数据的大量统计分析，以理论分析作为解决对策的研究依据。以建筑业需要为目标
