1、摘要摘要在经济全球化、信息化快速发展的今天,整个世界经济已经是一个大物流、大流通的经济。企业在现代的市场竞争中面临着越来越激烈的竞争,如何在如此激烈的竞争中取得竞争优势,让企业能够健康发展,是每一个企业家都要认真思考的问题。FF公司是以蓄电池生产为主营业务的国有企业,目前在市场中占据一定的地位,虽然蓄电池市场发展迅速,但是蓄电池行业技术门槛低,容易进入的特点导致不断有新的竞争者进入市场,行业竞争也越来越趋于激烈。在这种市场环境中,如何提高企业竞争优势,降低成本,提升客户服务水平是FF公司迫切需要解决的问题。本文首先阐述FF公司目前
