1、-摘要摘要现在越来越多的企业认识到物流是企业的第三利润源泉。期望通过本文的分析,对FF公司现有的运作流程进行再造来整合企业物流资源,提高企业物流的运作效率,降低企业物流的运作成本,提高企业的市场竞争力,实现企业发展成为中国第一、世界驰名的能源产业集团的愿景目标。本文运用SCP模型、SWOT模型和五力模型对FF公司的竞争环境进行分析,得出企业物流资源整合的必要性。通过深入调研,全方位的了解了FF公司的物流资源现状,并按照国家标准对FF公司的物流运作成本进行了分析,从五个方面总结出企业物流运作存在的问题。论文以现代物流理念和管理机制为指导,得出企业物流资源整合的思路。按照企业物流资源整合的思
