reviewofliteratureandtheorymodel,andthemechanismcanbesummarizedas
follows:Financialdevelopmentisbyactingontheintermediateproductmarketto
influencetheindustrydistribution

developmentis,theeasiertofinanceforintermediateproductsuppliers;thismeans
moreintermediateproductssupplierswillenterintothemarketandthepriceofthe

ofthecurrentconditionoftheFDIdistributionandthefinancialdevelopmentin
China,andusingthedataoffinancialdevelopmentandFDIin2012totestthe
