1、····摘要摘要20世纪70年代光通信萌芽骤现,经过将近40多年的发展、裂变、再发展。光通信企业在发展中动荡、变化、成长。FW集团前身为武汉邮电科学分析院,直属于邮电部,在经历了辉煌与衰退后,仍然扛着中国光通信业的发展大旗。目前政府推行三网融合及3G和4G的网络建设,FW集团必须抓住这个重大的战略发展机遇时期。本文分析FW集团所处的当前全球光通信行业发展大环境和变革期,合理运用企业战略管理有关理论,参考相关分析机构预测资料,例如光通信行业年度预测报告等资料。并结合理论与实际的方式,利用SWOT分析方法,分析分析FW集团当前
