andsomesuggestionsaregiven.Firstly,thedevelopmentofcloudcomputingtechnologyindomesticandinternational
arediscussed.Meanwhile,thedefiniti

organizedandrationalized.Onthisbasis,thecurrentcloudpatentsystemofthedeveloped
countriesissummarized.Bycontrast,theshortcomingsofourcurrentcloudpatentsystem
areanalyzed,andcorrespondingcountermeasuresaregiven.Secondl

graphicaluserinterfacepatentissuearediscussedindetail.Characteristics,substance,
legislationandproblemsbasedonbusinessmethodofcloudcomputingarestudiedand

insufficientofourlegalsystemaboutthegraphicaluserinterfaceofthepatentsystemare
described,andcorrespondingimprovementsaresuggested.Finally,contentsofthisthesisaresummarized.Keyissuesinthecloudcomputing

betweenthepossibilityandrealityofprospectivelegislationshouldbenotedin
