5、ownpre-conditions.Thefirstoneisthatonlytheadvancedindustrialoreconomicentitycouldplaytherole.JustliketheextraordinaryEuropeancoalandsteelcommunitywhosescaleandcapacitycouldspreadtootherfieldsandpushotherindustriesdevelopingfaster.Howeverthefast-pacedprocessofintegrationmadeEuropeUnionfocusmoreonit

6、spaceandscalebutignorethebasicconditionsofitsnewmembers.Greeceisagoodexampletoshowthis.Althoughthiscountryexperiencedasplendideconomicgrowth(thefastestinEurozone),whentheworldeconomycooledinthelate2000s,Greecewascrushedespeciallyhardbecauseofitsmainindustries.ThemainindustriesinGreeceareshippingan
