3、nologyismorecommonlyused.However,thetraditionalYAG:Ce3+phosphorisdifficulttomeetthedemandofdevelopmentduetolowcolorrendering,hightemperatureandsoon,andthenearultravioletchipLEDwithtricolorphosphorsofthecombinationisaneffectiveway.Therefore,itisagreatsignificancetomakeno
4、vel,stableandefficientdevelopmentofLEDphosphorsforWLEDtechnology.Presently,themainmethodstopreparephosphorsishightemperaturesolid-state
method,butthismethodhasshortagesoflongproductionperiod,high-temperature
long-timecalcinationsandagglomeration,thus,itisneededtodevelop

techniquestopreparephosphorspowders.Liquidareintroducedinthesemethodsto
makesurethateachingredientcanaccuratelybecontrolledandmixed.The
combustionsynthesishasthecharacteristicsofsimpleness,shortcut,anditiswidely
usedinthesynthesisofvariousoxides.Thetechnologyofreact

reactionbetweenmetalnitrateandfuelinlowtemperaturegivesoffheattomake
syntheticreaction.Furthermore,thecombustionprocessisfacile,safe,instantaneous
