2、tagesofenergyconsumptionsaving,high-efficiency,environmental,lifetimelong-lastingandsmallvolumeaspects.Roughly,thethreekindsofaccesstogetthewhiteLEDis:lightconversiontechnology,themulti-chipdirectcombinationlightconversionandmultiplequantumwell.Sofar,lightconversiontech

3、nologyismorecommonlyused.However,thetraditionalYAG:Ce3+phosphorisdifficulttomeetthedemandofdevelopmentduetolowcolorrendering,hightemperatureandsoon,andthenearultravioletchipLEDwithtricolorphosphorsofthecombinationisaneffectiveway.Therefore,itisagreatsignificancetomakeno

4、vel,stableandefficientdevelopmentofLEDphosphorsforWLEDtechnology.Presently,themainmethodstopreparephosphorsishightemperaturesolid-state method,butthismethodhasshortagesoflongproductionperiod,high-temperature long-timecalcinationsandagglomeration,thus,itisneededtodevelop

5、new techniquestopreparephosphorspowders.Liquidareintroducedinthesemethodsto makesurethateachingredientcanaccuratelybecontrolledandmixed.The combustionsynthesishasthecharacteristicsofsimpleness,shortcut,anditiswidely usedinthesynthesisofvariousoxides.Thetechnologyofreact

6、ionisthattheredox reactionbetweenmetalnitrateandfuelinlowtemperaturegivesoffheattomake syntheticreaction.Furthermore,thecombustionprocessisfacile,safe,instantaneous energysaving,andtheproducthashighcrystallinityanduniformparticlesize distribution.Accordingly,itisnecessa
