3、eachersjustreceptivethenewideasinsurface,andinpracticetherearestillmanyproblems.Inthecurrentclassroominstantevaluation,themaindisadvantagesare:randomevaluationlanguage;lackofaccurate,vividly,humorousandoriginalitylanguage;equatingevaluationtopraise;evaluationindexandcontentarepointingtoom
4、uchtoknowledgeskills,neglectingmultiplefactorssuchasthestudents’attitude,emotion,personality,thinking;asingleevaluationsubject,ignoringthemultidirectionalinteractionevaluation;improperevaluationtime;missingthecriticalperiodandadeviationevaluationconceptandsoon.Basedonallofthese,thisstudyi
5、scommittedtoteachers'behaviorsofinstantevaluationintheclassroomofChinesedisciplineoftheelementaryschool,researchingontheproblemsandthereasonsofitinexistence.Hopingthatbytheguidanceofthenewcurriculumreform,correctingthedefectsoftheteacherinstantevaluation,improvingthelevelofteachers'classr
