1、布渣叶总黄酮基本理化性质研究徐文杰,孙冬梅*(广东省中医研究所,广东广州510095)摘要:目的:考察布渣叶总黄酮固形物质量、总黄酮提取物的溶解度,研究温度、湿度、强光照射等对其稳定性的影响。方法:以总黄酮、牡荆苷、异牡荆苷、水仙苷为指标,采用摇瓶法测定布渣叶总黄酮提取物在水、0.1mol·L-1盐酸溶液和pH6.8磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中的表观溶解度与平衡溶解度,并考察光照、温度、湿度对其稳定性的影响。结果:布渣叶总黄酮提取物表观溶解度及总黄酮的平衡溶解度在0.1mol·L-1、盐酸溶液、水和pH6.8PBS中均
属于略溶;以牡荆苷、异牡荆苷为指标,布渣叶总黄酮提取物在0.

pH6.8PBS中平衡溶解度均为几乎不溶;以水仙苷为指标,布渣叶总黄酮提取物在0.1mol·L-1盐酸溶液、水和pH6.8PBS中平衡溶解度均为极微溶解。稳定性试验结果显示光照、高温、高湿条件对布渣叶总黄酮提取物的含量几乎无影响。结论:随着介质的pH增大,布渣叶总黄酮提取物及其指标成分的溶解度减小。在高湿高温强光照射条件下,布渣叶总黄酮提取物的4个指标成分均较为稳定。研究结果为布渣叶总黄酮提取物的剂型设计以及其他药学研究提供实验依据。关键词:布渣叶;总黄酮;平衡溶解度;稳定性StudyonBasePhysicochemicalPropertie
