2、起着关键性的作用。企业薪酬的有效管理关系到整个企业人力成本的合理控制、员工整体满意度及企业竞争力等一系列问题。一套合理的薪酬管理体系可以让企业在不增加成本的情况下提高员工对薪酬的满意度,这是大多数企业都愿意做的。但薪资的水准应由什么因素来决定？薪资是否应与绩效联系在一起？如果是，绩效薪资应占薪资的比例是多少？企业薪酬管理的关键是要从本企业的实际情况出发,找到适合企业自身发展的薪酬体系。本文就XX公司薪酬管理的现状做了阐述，对公司薪酬管理中存在的问题进行了原因分析，并提出了加强公司员工激励与薪酬管理的对策。关键词薪酬薪酬体系薪酬管理激励绩效考核AbstractThesalarymanagem
