3、tionalphysiquehastheupwardtrend;theNationalPhysiqueGeneralindexis101.98,betheseventhofthecountry.Buttherearestillsomeproblemslike:reductionofphysicalactivity,risingobesityratesaswellasthephysicaldifferencesbetweenurbanandruralresidents.30yearsofreformandopeningup,therapideconomicd
4、evelopmentinurbanandruralareasspeedsuptheintegrationprocessinWenzhoucity，Zhejiangprovince.Differencesbetweenurbanandruralareasarealsobeinggraduallyreduced,continuousimprovementoflivingconditionsoffarmers,smalltownsandpartialtransformationofeconomiccircleformation;makemoreandmorefa
5、rmer'swayoflifewithmanymajorchanges.SotocarryoutfarmerPEinvestigationandresearchontheimplementationofsportspolicyinWenzhoucityhasgreatsignificance.IthasbeenprovedthatrelatedscientificplansandpoliciesforthePEpropelledthenewruralmasssportsandfitnessactivities’construction.Oneoftheim
