1、白癜风患者血浆与皮肤组织液某些神经肽测定及其临床意义硕士研究生:赵达明指导教师:涂彩霞教授专业名称:皮肤病与性病学摘要目的:B一内啡肽(B-EP)、神经肽Y(NPY)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)是重要的神经递质,它们同时也可作为免疫调节因子发挥作用。本研究旨在观察这些神经肽是否可能与自癜风的发病有关。方法:用放射免疫分析法测定40例自癜风患者血浆上述三种神经肽浓度,并与23例正常对照相比较:同时测定其中33例患者皮损与非皮损部位皮肤组织液8-EP浓度及25例NPY与CGRP浓度。结果:寻常型与节段型白癜风患者血浆B-EP与NPY水平比
2、正常对照组显著增高:寻常型白癜风血浆CGRP水平比正常对照组显著增高。寻常型与节段型白癜风白斑部位皮肤组织液t3-EP浓度明显高于非自斑部位,而NPY与CGRP则无变化。结论:这些结果表明上述三种神经肽与白癜风的发病可能存在一定关系;寻常型白癜风血浆和白斑部位皮肤组织液B—EP以及血浆NPY水平升高,提示白癜风的免疫发病机制与神I经因素有关。开发神经肽拮抗剂对于白癜风的治疗可能成为一种新的途径。关键词:白癜风13一内啡肽神经肽Y降钙素基因相关肽ABSTRACT[Objective]Beta—endorphin(B—EP),neuro
